Fatigue at Work
Rebel Sleep Institute is committed to helping reduce employees’ risk of preventable accidents, injuries, and sub-optimal performance through the implementation of fit-for-purpose Fatigue and Sleep Apnea Risk Management interventions. From practical solutions that integrate fatigue into your safety management systems to creative engagement strategies to make and sustain a culture that embraces fatigue management, we can help you. We don’t just talk about fatigue management, our fatigue management specialists will go on site to help implement the changes that matter to you.
Rebel Sleep Institute has engaged global leaders in the development and provision of occupational fatigue management, including Roger Clarke, Committee Chair of the North American Fatigue Management Program (NAFMP), and Ronald Knipling (PHD), a NAFMP committee member and former Chief Research Officer with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Roger and Dr. Knipling sit on the Rebel Sleep Institute Advisory Council and are highly influential in the development of our fatigue and sleep management programs. Other members of the Rebel Sleep Institute Advisory Council include a Human Fatigue Specialist, and a Certified Psychological H&S Advisor.
We aim to align our programs to relevant industry standards and evidence based best practices such as the NAFMP, the FMCSA, the Canadian Council of Motor Transport and the Canadian Thoracic Society.
